- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Sitting in your waiting room as I type this. I understand walk ins have to wait but 4 hours? Come on if you can't get your walk ins taken care of in a timely manner why offer emergency service. Ive been sitting here fighting back tears and the only answers i get are "we will work you in when we can". This is my first time ive been here and this isn't a good first impression at all. So next time you tell people over the phone you can get them in make sure you tell them there is a 4 hour wait. I'm sorry I'm frustrated and in pain and I feel your receptionist has zero compassion and doesn't care. Not good business practices.November 16, 2017by MrJcrow70
